What is done to my laptop/PC? -Back-up of important data (pictures/music) etc. -Back-up burned to CD/DVD -Complete format of hard drive(s) -Installation of prefered/reccomended Windows -Installation of all 'drivers' to allow devices to work -Internet explorer/Firefox tweaking (plug-ins) -Desktop+Start menu layout This process will take from 1 day to 1 week to complete depending on the amount of machines i have to attend to.
